Real Madrid to Offer Arsenal Millions For Their Top Striker…Emery Simply Can’t Refuse!

According to reports coming in from Spain, Real Madrid are willing to spend big on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as Zinedine Zidane’s overhaul of attackers at the club continues.

Indeed, the Frenchman is overseeing a big change to the squad in the summer transfer market. Chelsea’s Eden Hazard is their top target with talks ongoing between the two clubs.

But the massive budget available to Zidane at the Bernabeu means more huge spending is anticipated. And Gunners goalscorer Aubameyang has emerged as a potential target.

According to Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, Real are prepared to fork out a ‘large’ amount of money on the joint-winner of the 2019 Premier League Golden Boot.

The 29-year-old has adapted well to life in England since moving to Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018.

Even without playing every game and often being utilized wider from the left of Unai Emery’s attack to accommodate No.9 Alexandre Lacazette, Aubameyang has netted 30 goals across the Premier League and Europa League from 47 appearances.

Aubameyang is also said to be on Barcelona’s list of striker targets, as his versatility makes him an appealing prospect.

Arsenal, though, will no doubt be reluctant to sell ahead of the 2019/20 season.

Lacazette and Aubameyang have informed a prolific partnership together up front and have a strong relationship with Gunners fans would hate to see end.

Wingers are being targeted by Emery in the market to help offer the pair more support and service, with Bournemouth’s Ryan Fraser and Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha admired.

Regarding Aubameyang’s future, Spanish journalist Guillem Balague has suggested both he and Lacazette will be staying at Arsenal beyond this summer.
