Uhuru accused of selling the country to the Dogs

President Uhuru Kenyatta silence on the fight against graft is continuing to elicit a lot of reactions from different people.

Clergy from various denominations in Kericho county have raised concerns over corruption saying the vice has seriously affected the country’s economic growth.

They said the fight against graft should not be  cosmetic but should bear fruit and help save the country from going to the dogs.

Addressing the press during the closure of the Kericho County Dialogue Conference at Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) in Kericho town yesterday, the religious leaders called on the agencies dealing with corruption to up their game and ensure the looters face the full force of the law besides returning the stolen money.

In a statement read by the ACK Kericho bishop Ernest Ng’eno, the religious leaders said corruption was deraiing   country’s development and urged all to join efforts to fight it.
