This weekend, we’ll be waiting to see Mt Kenya United showing up at their ground to face SoNy Sugar for their 31st match of the Kenya Premier League.
If they do appear, they will be looking forward to beating SoNy in order to increase their chances of escaping from the relegation zone, a thing which will require a miracle. But in football, anything is pretty possible.
SoNy Sugar, on their part, will be approaching the match with no much pressure since the winners of the League title are just a win away and SoNy are far from the relegation zone.
Mt Kenya FC will have to edge their visitors to keep their miracle hope alive as they have to win all the remaining matches while Vihiga United and Zoo Kericho lose all the matches.
Being sixth in the League table, SoNy Sugar will be looking forward to jumping to the 4th position ahead of Kakamega Homeboyz and Mathare should they beat their host.
