Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has been termed as “dead” party by most people and political leaders.
ODM was characterized with zeal and uproar but this ceased immediately Hon Raila Odinga entered a peace deal with President Uhuru Kenyatta through the Handshake.
Most opinion leaders have said more than once that the Handshake Killed ODM Party.
But ODM is up to prove it is not dead.
Through a question and answer session on Twitter, ODM has stated its plans to revitalize and cheer up the party.
“The party is working on a programme to roll out soon. In the meantime, we shall roll out a programme to meet party members and officials in town hall meetings at County and grasstoots to lay strategies on the rejuvination of the party ahead of party elections,” ODM has stated.
Also Hon Raila Odinga has been seen making different tours across the country and meeting other political leaders in the bid to strengthen the party.

Already COG Wyclifffe Oparanya has announced his interest to be the party flag bearer a head of 2022 General elections.
Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho has also stated his interest in National politics with the fate of Hon Raila Odinga still being unclear to the party and the nation.
