Popular Dj D-Lite celebrates 30 years in the entertainment industry

Today is a big day for Popular Kenyan Dj  David Muriithi also known as D-Lite who is celebrating 30 years in the Entertainment Industry and his 50th Birthday.

Dj D-Lite is a man who wears so many hats in the Kenyan Entertainment Industry  and apart from being a DJ, he is also an Emcee, Business Skills Trainer for Creatives, property entrepreneur and is absolutely passionate about music.

David Muriithi will be hosting a grand bash at the Simba Saloon, Carnivore and has invited his fans and other entertainers to grace the celebrations.

For those in the entertainment circles, there are several narratives on how the popular Dj  has supported musicians and entertainers by nurturing their talents and linking them up to platforms.

Pioneer musician Nameless today narrated how  David Muriithi played a big role in the recording of his first song and even went further to give him a first gig.

“David Muriithi and Tedd Josiah of Audiovault discovered me through a radio compe and recorded my first song Megarider and a week later Davi got me my first gig as Nameless in the same Carnivore for a product launch.” Nameless wrote in his post

Apart from his role in entertainment, David has also worked in Kenya and the UK as an auditor, talent and event manager and music promoter.

Through his line of career, David has also got to meet and interact with globally influential people including former US President Barack Obama and Prince William.

As he marks another milestone in his career, Kenyan musicians and entertainers have flooded to send him goodwill messages.
