The former legislator rubbished claims by his critics that he can never make it back to active politics.

“No one knows about tomorrow except God and those people saying that Ndile will never win an election again don’t know what they are saying,” he added.

Earlier reports had indicated how former Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile was working at Governor Mike Sonko’s club in Kilifi.

Governor Sonko did not want to give the former MP a job at the Sonko Rescue team and thus he opted for his club in Kilifi where Kalembe worked before president Uhuru appointed him to the Tana Athi Waterworks for the board.

Before the 2017 General Election, Kalembe had dissolved his Tip Tip Party and joined Jubilee. He later threatened to walk out of the party citing betrayal from the party.

He accused President Kenyatta and DP William Ruto of failing to fulfil their promise to secure him a job in government despite according them ‘overwhelming support’ during the 2017 elections.
