Anxiety is something normal, anyone can experience it. It is a feeling one gets when something good, exciting or bad is about to happen it causes some measure of fear, alertness and increased heart rate. This, however, is a short time experience when the event is over normally anxiety would subside.
This changes when someone feels anxious every day of their life, it becomes an anxiety disorder, which is a mental health condition.
Feeling anxious is a natural part of being human, however, if anxiety is taking over a big chunk of your life, you might have a mental health condition. If you have these symptoms you could be suffering from anxiety disorder and you should seek further guidance from your doctor.
