Turkana North MP, John Nakuleu has threatened to renounce his Citizenship over frustration by Govt officials. Nakuleu threatened to seek South Sudan or Ethiopian Citizenship if government officials continue to frustrate his work.
He was speaking during the fundraising at Kaeris Ward in Turkana North, where the Deputy President William Ruto was expected to grace the event.
Mr. Nakuleu whose constituency borders the two countries, claimed interior CS Karanja Kibicho and Turkana North County Commissioner Ali Manduku are to blame for his frustrations
“I understand Kibicho calls County Commissioner and his deputy and tell them not to attend it the critical meetings.” he said. “I can apply for Ethiopian or South Sudan Citizenship if you continue frustrating me.” he reiterated further.
