Queen Darleen responds to claims of copying Khaligraph Jones music

Wasafi artist Queen Darleen has responded to claims that she is copying Khaligraph Jones rap game.

The Singer is accused of copying Khaligraph’s ‘Yego’ music style to conceptualize on her song dubbed ‘Muhogo’.

Rumours have it that her flow while rapping sounded almost similar to how Khaligraph dropped the bars in his song.

Queen Darleen took a different direction in her most recent song ‘Muhogo’ where she  used a unique style than what her fans have been used to.

She, however, rubbished these claims saying that although she knows Khaligraph Jones on a personal level, she is clueless about his ‘Yego’ Song.

“Khaligraph namjua sana lakini huezi aminihio nyombo yake siijui nilivyosafiri tulikuwa naye, tumepiga sana story,”she said

Speaking to a local Tanzanian media; Simulizi na sauti, Darleen  explained further that it might also be true that there is a striking resemblace.

Giving her reasons, she says that music is something that is also alive and it could be a coincidence that the ideas clashed.

Queen Darleen mentioned that when music sounds almost similar, it should not be such a big deal because of the possibility coincidental scenario.

“Muziki ni kitu ambacho kinaishi kama sisi binadamu.. kufanana si kitu cha ajabu sana huenda ikawa idea kimekutana” she stated

Some of her fans suggested that she should work on a collabo with  Khaligraph and Queen Darleen says that it is something she will look into.
