Mourinho Reveals More JUICY Details Of Pogba Relationship, State Of Man Utd

He just couldn’t keep it to himself anymore. Jose Mourinho hinted that there are a number of key issues at Manchester United when asked about whether Paul Pogba is problematic.

Pogba was dropped by Mourinho for his last three Premier League games in charge at Old Trafford, before a startling return to form for the 25-year-old following the Portuguese’s dismissal and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s appointment as interim manager.

Mourinho and Pogba engaged in a training group spat, and it was even claimed that the Frenchman ‘hid’ during a ‘war’ with his boss.

Things have once again turned sour for Pogba at Old Trafford with the midfielder out of form again, but Mourinho has leapt to his defence by claiming there are bigger problems at play.

“About Manchester United, I want to say only two things,” Mourinho told L’Equipe.

“One is that time has spoken. Two is that the problems are still there.

“Was I a victim of Pogba? No.

“The problems are there, you can imagine that the problems are the players, the organisation, the ambition, I only say that I can not say yes when you ask if Paul was the only one responsible.”

Mourinho went on to discuss Anthony Martial: “Martial? He’s a boy with a different personality (than Karim Benzema), and the thing I can say is that I hope he’s going to reach a dimension that is as good as his real potential.”
