KCB Banks AFC Leopards, Sends Them Home Empty-Handed

Size does not always determine strength! The most important thing always is to be tactical. This applies across all board even in our world of football.

Kenya Commercial Bank Football Club (KCB FC) has taught Kenya Premier League bigwig AFC Leopards this lesson that they didn’t know.

KCB managed to humiliate Leopards with a 1-0 defeat at home, a lone goal that was scored in the 37th minute thanks to Kevin Owino.

Leopards approached the match with full power within the early minutes of the match and they seemed to be pushing hard towards the Bankers goal.

However, the host stopped their aggression with a stunner from Kevin Owino in the 37th minute, making ‘ingwe’ go to the first half with one goal down.

Coming to the second half, KCB maintained their pace and managed to hold their visitors sending them back home with empty hands.

KCB will maintain their 11th position with 37 points, one point behind Kariobangi Sharks while AFC will still stick at the 9th position with 39 points.
