Kirinyaga Member of Parliament Wangui Ngirici is now demanding for a thorough audit for all the funds that have been allocated in Kirinyaga County for development.
Her demand came following a viral video which went round the social circles should a very bad state of Kerugoya Hospital.
While speaking to Kirinyaga residents, MP Ngirici has now requested for answers following the viral video that has caused a stir in all Kirinyaga County. She further demanded that a report should be done showing the money allocated to the hospital, how it was spent and how much it is remaining.
In addition, ” We are requesting that all those who were fired from their jobs to be reinstated or compensated for the damages caused .”
MP Ngirici and Governor Waiguru have in the recent past had their differences with Waiguru at one time demanding for Ngirici’s arrest for heckling and hijacking projects.
The two who were friends-turned-foes have been feuding since the campaigns for the 2017 General Election after the Jubilee party nomination. This came after Ngirici declared she would be contesting for the Kirinyaga governor seat, in what would see her compete against Waiguru.
Ngirici has since been on Waiguru’s case accusing her of what seems like corruption allegations in the County.
