Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi is now worried of his political future following what tanga tanga mission crusaders claim that is a secret pact between President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.
DP Ruto’s allies have over a long period of time claimed that president Kenyatta and his deputy have an MoU over 2022 succession.
They argue that Ruto is supposed to succeed President Kenyatta in 2022 as per their MoU. But Mudavadi is now worried of the future of other interested candidates in 2022.
He says Kenyans are not privy to any information about a deal struck between the President and his deputy in Jubilee Party over a planned succession of the President.
The ANC leader was addressing the press outside the Kisumu Christ is the Answer Ministries,(Citam) church.

DP William Ruto has been positioning himself to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta when he retires in 2022.
“What does such a deal leave those of us and others interested in the Presidency if at all it was hatched?” Mudavadi asked.
Speaking in Bondo, on Saturday, Raila claimed Kenyans are not aware of such a deal and Ruto should therefore not impose his will on Kenyans.
As if reading from a similar script, Mudavadi said: “There is no constitutional provision of an automatic ticket to Presidency.”
The former Vice President warned that the country’s economy is facing a debt crisis.
