The real estate industry woke up to the sad news of passing away of CEO of Diamond Property Merchants John Ngugi.
In a statement issued by the company, Ngugi died while receiving treatment at Nairobi hospital. Ngugi was admitted to the hospital for kidney failure.
He was serving as the CEO of the real estate company since 2000, also among the board of directors.
Under Ngugi’s leadership, the company came to be known and has severally been listed in the Top 100 mid sized companies.
Following his death, the real estate company issued statement regarding his death.
In the statement, Diamond Property Merchants condoled him as a mentor, father and a leader.
People condoling his death praised him as hard working.
