This caused an uproar from Kenyans as they kept on demanding to know the reason behind the suspension of the accounts. But speaking during an interview with radio Maisha on Monday morning, Kanze Dena said President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Social Media accounts are his personal accounts.
She added that the president has the right to activate or deactivate them as he wills.
She maintains that the head of state had his own reasons as to why he quit social media and Kenyans have to respect that.
“President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Social Media accounts are his personal accounts. He has the right to activate or deactivate them as he wills. He has his reasons, and we respect that,” she said.
