ODM leader Raila Odinga on Saturday hosted a delegation of Kikuyu elders and leaders from Nakuru and Naivasha at his Opoda farm in Bondo.
During the meeting, National Unity and Reconciliation and war against corruption dominated the talks.

However, a section of Kenyans are not happy with the meeting, with some arguing that the meeting would not aid any benefit to Kenyans.
Some are now arguing that Kenya does not need urgent reconciliation since it is not their big challenge. They argue that public funds have been, and continue being looted and nothing is being done.
“Let’s be honest here, baba. We dont need urgent reconciliation because that’s not our biggest challenge now. Public funds have been, and continue to be, looted with reckless abandon,” one of the twitter users posted.
Let’s be honest here, baba. We dont need urgent reconciliation because that’s not our biggest challenge now. Public funds have been, and continue to be, looted with reckless abandon. You also haven’t yet pushed for @IEBCKenya to be fixed. What happened to you?

Some argue that the people who visited Raila are just a delegation of hungry mouths looting for themselves claiming to represent a certain community, arguing that it’s their right to visit him but should not say it is the people of a certain community they are representing.
Hungry mouths looting for themselves claiming to represent a certain community…it’s their right to visit him but should not say its the people of a certain community they are representing…

Some Kenyans have also challenged Raila that War on corruption is dead. They say the war that is currently on course is killing Kenya’s economy and frustrating the efforts of hard working Kenyans baba.
War on corruption is dead if you are not trying to mean its a cold one… The war on course is killing our economy and frustrating the efforts of hard working Kenyans baba…. I was once your follower but there’s no gain we are on our own as Kenyans.

Some still argue that the visit Would be better if Raila would reciprocate the same delegation’s gesture by organising also a delegation from Bondo or within Nyanza to pay a visit to them in Nakuru as well.
Wouldn’t it be better if you reciprocate this delegation’s gesture by organising also a delegation from Bondo or within Nyanza to pay a visit to them in Nakuru as well? This to me can add more value to foster the unity you’re championing for sir.
