Raila Odinga’s wife Ida Odinga has chimed in and given sound advice on the increased cases of spouse-related murders being experienced in Kenya by urging younger people to avoid the killings, and keep on looking for suitable partners.
Speaking in Homa Bay, Ida advised the youth to stop killing their partners for love but instead walk out of toxic relationships and look for other soulmates
“You are not the first people to fall in love, if you are rejected by a lady don’t kill her, there are many more. If you find her too smart, look for a dumb one like you. There are more ladies,” she said.
This year alone, at least 20 women have been killed. Kenyans have been left seeking for answers as more and more couples have hit the headlines following the gruesome murders.
