Eden Hazard books Chelsea a date with Arsenal the Europa League final

Chelsea went through to UEFA Europa league finals, after beating Eintracht Frankfurt 4-3 on penalties after the match ended 2-2 on aggregate.

Eden Hazard scored the fifth penalty giving the blues the victory, but it was the hosts keeper kepa was the true team hero,saving two penalties.

Ruben Loftus-cheek gave the host the lead scoring the opener and his 10th goal of the season in the 28th minute, the goal assist coming from Eden Hazard.

Frankfurt made some attempts but failed to capitalize on them with Keapaer Kepa making several serious saves.

Luka Jovic slotted the ball home to draw Frankfurt level with Chelsea.

Neither team was able to score and it was 1-1 after the normal full time and they had no choice but to go to extra time.
