Why No Manager Has Ever Been Better Than Klopp

“One name – Jürgen. This is not about tactics, this is not about philosophy; this is about heart and soul.” These were the very words of former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho.

Jurgen Klopp is one of the most admired managers in the world of sports today. He is known for his skills in bringing players together.

Klopp’s ability and amazing skills were fortified with Liverpool’s match against Barcelona on Tuesday when the Reds went against all odds and came back from 3-0 to edge Barca out of the Champions League.

The match was one of the hugest mountains Liverpool have ever climbed may be in the past ten years.

Apart from being 3-0 down to Barcelona, the Reds did not have some of their best stars like Mohammed Salah and Roberto Firmino all who were down to injury.

Barcelona was a scare since they had all their stars who have been helping them this season.

Almost everyone believed Barcelona were the favourites to proceed to the finals. But this miraculously didn’t happen.

The German boss managed to use his managerial skills and trusted his young players like Alexander-Arnold and Origi to start the game.

As Mourinho states, Klopp did not win because of his tactics or players but his morale and good relationship with his players. He said that Klopp knows how to connect with his players and make all of them feel special.

Liverpool will face a team that wins between Ajax and Tottenham at Madrid.
