Kabogo takes up self-appointed Ambassadorial role

Former Kiambu governor William Kabogo has appointed himself to fight for the welfare and empowerment of youths across the Country.

Kabogo who has been on the first lane on the fight against corruption vices states that youths have been left on their own by the government.

In an interview, Kabogo states that the government should ensure that youths are well empowered with essential skills required in the job market.

He states that they have not been given adequate attention because there is a mismatch between the aspirations of young people and the opportunities available to them for the realization of their potential.

“What I would like to state is this, youths have been forgotten as no one thinks about them even during appointments, the frustrations they go through forces them to engage into funny characters like crime and terrorism,” he said.

He adds,”I will be their ambassador and i will lead them on the fight against corruption across the Country,the era of deceiving them that they are tomorrow leaders yet we dont empower them is gone,its their time to shine through empowerment,”

Youth Empowerment is progressively perceived as the best specialists for change since they put a more prominent expectation in their capacity to shape the future.

In Kenya 65% of the aggregate Youth underneath the age of 30 years making them the dominant part in this nation.
