Activist Boniface Mwangi was Monday morning piked from his Nairobi home by detectives from the directorate of criminal Investigations(DCI).
Taking to his twitter account, Mwangi shared the information about his arrest, citing that the officers had headed with him to DCI headquarters.
He however stated that the officers did not say the reason as to why they were arresting. But what might have caused Boniface Mwangi’s arrest?
Well, Kenyans on twitter have continued to give their speculations. A video of the activist being taught how to use an AK 47 fire arm has emerged, with some Kenyans speculating that it could be the cause.
In the video, Boniface Mwangi is seen in a group of some men who look like pastoral community from North Eastern parts of Kenya.
He takes the fire arm from one of the men and shoots in air before giving it back.
