How DCI traced killers of 20-year old girl in Buruburu

DCI officials have arrested two suspects for allegedly killing a 20-year old girl in Buruburu Nairobi.

The suspects; Dominic Okoth and Simon Gitau, were arrested in possession on two phones that were reportedly robbed from the deceased girl on the fateful night.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) said the girl was found stabbed on the neck.

A forensic analysis is set to be conducted on the phones and other items found at the scene, as further investigations continue.

“DCI detectives investigating the case have launched further investigations including carrying out a Forensic Analysis of the phones and other items found at the scene of crime to establish the truth,” said the DCI.

The two suspects are set to be arraigned in court on Monday.
