DP William Ruto hits out at his Political critics

“Leave me alone” those were Deputy President William Ruto’s words towards his critics during a fund raiser ceremony in Wajir County.

Ruto said those criticizing him should instead focus on development projects instead of succession politics.

He said his philanthropic initiatives are private and should not be linked with his political ambitions.

Ruto was accompanied by a host of politicians in Wajir to collect funds for the construction of a Madrasa.

He said those opposing his charitable works should first engage Kenyans on their development records instead of spending their time discussing him.

Ruto said the Jubilee government is focused on delivering its mandate and those trying to undermine its efforts will not be entertained.

MPs accompanying the Deputy President said his donations to churches and mosques are genuine gestures and should not be used to taint his image.

Led by Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wa, the MPs said it is unfair that a section of politicians have made it their business to fight Ruto warning that the 2022 contest will not be decided by a few individuals.
