Months after President Uhuru Kenyatta castigated his Personal Assistant, Jomo Gecaga for complacency, a new scandal has emerged linking the man with the President’s ear to a serious crime.
In a video shared by blogger Robert Alai, a gang of 6 men are said to have beaten a man for close to 12 hours after he allegedly spilt the beans on their “dealings.”
The man identified as Lloyd Mango is said to have been lured into a drinking den by the men at a club called Stano’s Place.
Mengo was to be tortured thereafter for close to 12 for the alleged disclosure of the criminal group’s dealings.
In a tweet shared by Alai, the blogger identifies one man, Robert Momanyi, whom he says is the mastermind of drugs and money laundering cartel.
In the Tweet, Alai says the men are confidants of President Kenyatta’s PA- Jomo Gecaga.
He also alleges that the Directorate of Criminal Investigations would not react to the torture of the man because Gecaga is involved.
A video shows Mango on the ground as he is flogged by a group of men with crude weapons.
Another photo also shows a man identified as Robert Momanyi holding a bundle of money against his ear.
