Recently, critics of Huddah Monroe’s make -up product took to social media.
Some users of Huddah cosmetics lipstick aired their frustrations on the makeup claiming that it has lost its quality and they no longer have trust in it.
To some new users, who bought the products after influence from friends, claimed they did not meet their expectations.
However, the self-declared boss lady has come out and sharply criticized the customers, saying they are after ruining her successful business, and that women are enemies of progress.
Huddah said that some of the people claiming her makeup line was losing its original quality have never contacted her company directly, to air grievances.
“We Huddah Cosmetics give the highest priority to our clients because your happiness means more to us than our own. We will never want to give out bad products because we use them too on a daily basis.
“If you have a problem with our products call. If we don’t help you, and you feel some type of way then go and post all you want online. But posting without calling us to question or ask how we can help we know that is pure malice…” she said.
Huddah termed the social media rant pure malice and claimed some women don’t want to see others prosper.
“Be that woman that tries to help others understand a problem and how we can solve it to make Huddah Cosmetics great together… You can’t shine trying to dim other people’s light. You don’t know how much work people put in to build a brand,” she added.
She also told those who feel that her products do not meet their expectations to go ahead and explore the market since there are millions of beauty products in the market.
“If you feel it’s not the brand of your choice, there are a million more brands around the world that you can try to your satisfaction,” said Huddah.
