Celebrated Nigerian Artiste Tiwa Savage has shared with her fans what it means to be signed under the world’s leading music company; Universal music group.
The ‘Lova Lova’ hit maker signed the deal in the presence of Universal group CEO Lucian Grainge and other officials.
Tiwa Savage in an interview with the music group says that this is a new start for her and she is excited for this new journey.
“I just signed my deal first artiste deal and just met with Lucian Grainge; incredible moment. I got to play music he loves it and this is a new start for me.It is a great day” she said
Tiwa savage says that this contract is a huge deal for her and describes it as a dream come true.
She also expressed her excitement in her new journey adding that it is such an honor to be part of such a legacy.
“ It is like a dream but more importantly it means I am part of a legacy of a huge engine and it is definitely an honour to have an artiste like me from Nigeria doing afrobeat music which is fairly new to the rest of the world and it is exciting.” She stated
Tiwa had been producing her music under the Mavin Record Label for the past 7 years and this new deal has set her on a path to achieve more in her music career.
