Is Nicki Minaj following Lil Wayne? She’s looking for new management too…

Nicki Minaj is looking for new management.

The hip-hop superstar is reportedly “in talks” to join Irving Azoff and his Full Stop Management group, according to reports from Billboard and Variety.

The 36-year-old rapper recently parted ways with longtime managers Cortez Bryant and Gee Roberson of the Blueprint/Maverick Management, who had represented her for the majority of her career.

Full Stop’s powerhouse roster includes Gwen Stefani, Bon Jovi, The Eagles, Anderson .Paak, John Mayer, and Travis Scott, who Minaj called out after her album Queen debuted in the runner-up spot to Astroworld.

The move would be surprising considering Minaj’s previous comments about the legendary manager. During an episode of her Queen Radio show last August, she awarded Azoff her “cocksucker of the day” award and accused him of trying to sabotage her “NickiHndrxx” tour. “There are so many powerful people in this industry who have tried to stop me from speaking up. One thing I won’t do is let people bully me into a corner,” she said. “This Irving man allegedly launched a smear campaign against my tour. He allegedly contacted people in the media to say negative things about my tour.”

An insider tells Variety that Minaj may have been “impressed with [Azoff’s] baller move,” while another says the talks have been upbeat and “fun.”

Minaj is expected to hit the road with Chris Brown on a North American tour, which would kick off this summer.

The timing of the announcement is fitting considering that Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj released a G-Eazy assisted single titled, “Wobble Up.” The news also comes a day after it was announced that the “Chun-Li” rapper parted ways with her management team fresh off the heels of the UK leg of her Queen tour.

Minaj has been real lowkey these days. Presumably working on the “fifth thing thing.” The “Undecided” singer also announced on an Instagram story that his Indigo album is coming out this Summer. “ATTENTION….ALBUM COMING IN JUNE. #indigoseason,” he posted.
