How Waititu moved State House, South Sudan to Kiambu to milk tax payers dry

On Thursday, Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu alias Baba Yao appeared before Senate Committee to respond to Accounting Queries claims.

However, Kiambu’s financial statements for 2017/2018 financial year submitted before Senate committee left many Kenyans Shocked!

The statements indicate Kiambu County allocated KSh 973M for coordination of State House functions, KSh 58M for South Sudan peace process, KSh 804M for free primary education.

These are matters obligated to the National Government, and not County Governments. Or did Waititu use his creativity to move State House and South Sudan to Kiambu? Well, all in all, funds have been lost.

Surprisingly, Waititu allocated a whooping Ksh 180 million to the Administration of Statutory benefits for the retired Presidents. By the way, who are the retired Presidents in Kiambu? Is it former Governor William Kabogo?

Apparently, the County boss moved State House from Nairobi to Kiambu to allocate it funds. What are your thoughts?
