Alvindo Bows To KFCB: apologizes, and promise songs with great content

The Takataka singer Alvindo obeyed the order that required him to avail himself before KFCB before 2nd May 2019.

Alvindo had been summoned to appear before the Kenya Film and Classification Board (KFCB) before May 2nd, 2019.

Alvindo found himself in the wrong side of the law after ignoring a ban imposed on him and his counterpart; KRG the Don, when they proceeded to release a video for the song Takataka”.

However, Alvindo pulled down the video from social media when he heard that police were after him.

KFCB banned the song two weeks ago on grounds of obscenity and promoting violence against 

When Alvindo appeared before the board together with his lawyer
Munga Wanjau, he simply apologized to his fans and promised to release more songs with good content.

I want to apologize to my fans and to promise them a second release that will embrace moral values. Alvindo said

Alvindo also confessed that it was not in his intentions to incite jilted men against women.

I am sorry I didn’t intend to incite jilted men against women. he added
