The biggest turn on for most women is obviously anything to do with the sense of smell.

Be it body odour ,cologne and especially breath, your game is scored as soon as we smell you. As terrible as bad breath is, it’s something that we’ve all had to deal with at one point or another. The key is you need to recognize when you need to do a bit of care on your mouth and what you need to do to keep that bad breath demon away.

1.Floss!

I’m not trying to preach dental care to you, but your oral hygiene has a direct correlation on your breath. We all know that we need to brush our teeth at least twice a day. You can always throw in an extra teeth brushing in the middle of the day. Newsflash, you also need to floss at least twice a day. Someone said not flossing is like wiping your butt cheek after the using the bathroom, instead of wiping between the cheeks. So get in there.

2. Water!

Water truly is life; it is such a necessity yet can also enhance so many areas of your life. Drinking water is one of the easiest ways to prevent bad breath. Keeping your mouth moist is key to keeping your breath fresh and water is the easiest way to do that.

3.Keep it naturally fresh

Maybe you don’t like chewing gum, there are natural remedies and measures you can take to mitigate bad breath. Try chewing fresh herbs like mint or cilantro. Before you throw away that orange peel, you can chew on it, the acid stimulates the salivary glands that help fight bad breath.

There is no reason or excuse to be walking around with bad breath. Keep it fresh because you never know when a smooch might be coming your way.
