ODM party has dismissed claim from a section of politicians that it’s ending to its knees.
Politicians led by the embattled lawyer Miguna Miguna had mourned the party noting that the Raila Odinga once praised party is dead.
Speaking on Sunday, led by Millie Odhiambo they accused the DP Ruto of tainting Odinga name.
“If they feel that the ODM is dead or there is a vacuum in the party let them come and feel the slot,” She said.
Section of politicians believes that the opposition influence in parliament has been low.
Kimilili MP Didimus Barasa has asked NASA MP to now elect a new Minority Leader, saying the current one has been turned as flower girl.
“John Mbadi – has become a ‘Jubilee flower girl’,he said.
He said Mbadi should be replaced as he has failed to serve Kenyans in his position.
He said NASA MPs who were previously been sworn critics of the Jubilee regime are now heaping praise on the government.
Earlier speaking Raila Odinga had said that that the ODM is intact but it has changed the tactics.
“The opposition is still there. We have just changed tack. A few years back, we used to speak out against corruption but no one listened because they claimed that Raila was being malicious. But now the government is listening,” said Mr. Odinga on Thursday.
