Nyama Choma is delicious! Especially when the one making it knows his or her way around the grill.
I recall my brother was the nyama-choma maestro every public holiday and weekend.
He could turn any steak into a finger-licking sensation that left us exhilarated for hours!
Indeed, he employed such fantastic sorcery on the grill that left me spellbound for hours!
After years of coercing him over a couple of drinks, I managed to chip away at his amazing recipe that left us contemplating what exotic spices the man was using in the dish.
Nevertheless, if you plan to have a polite afternoon with your family in the house, here’s how to still make their day memorable with this amazing nyama choma recipe!

Nyama Choma Process
