FKF partners with Wadi Degla to Promote Youth Talent

FKF announces partnership with Wadi Degla

Football Kenya Federation (FKF) made progress in promoting and nurturing young talents as they unveiled Wadi Degla Clubs Africa as it’s official Youth National Teams Partner.

The partnership, revealed on Tuesday, April, 30, 2019, will make sure the U15 and U13 National Teams use Wadi Degla’s state of the art training facilities, which include a mini-pitch, fully equipped gym, swimming pools, and restaurants.

“Age group national teams remain key in Football Kenya Federation’s long term football development agenda,” said FKF President Nick Mwendwa was quoted as saying.

“Our partnership with Wadi Degla will guarantee us quality training facilities and equipment which we believe will go a long way in making our youth teams better prepared for upcoming international assignments,” he added.

Wadi Degla, which has been in Kenya since 2016, was established in 2003 in Maadi district of Cairo, Egypt, opening its first Wadi Degla club to support young generation athletes to develop their talent and become real champions of sports in Egypt and in the world.
