Tanga tanga fierce critic Nyeri town member of parliament Ngunjiri Wambugu has renewed his attacks against the deputy president William Ruto comparing the relationship between the president with Ruto to that of God and Satan in the Bible.
He explains how DP Ruto remained perfect in his ways until he started undermining president Uhuru Kenyatta’s efforts of fighting graft in the country and early campaigns for 2022.
The MP narrates how DP Ruto was president Kenyatta’s closest assistant and how he enjoyed immense powers and prominence due his closeness to the president. Just like how satan was God’s closest assistant before things fell apart.
The Kitaeleweka member adds that self-generated pride will lead to Ruto’s fall just like it did to satan!
“The Bible says Lucifer was God’s closest assistant and that he enjoyed immense powers and prominence due this closeness to God. The Bible also says that Lucifer was ‘perfect – until iniquity was found in him’. Lucifer forgot that his power and authority were delegated and tried to use them to upstage his Boss.
The sin that corrupted Lucifer was self-generated pride. In fact Lucifer’s sin – pride – represents the actual beginning of sin in the universe – and precedes even the fall of the Adam. We all know how that story goes, and how it will end,” reads part of MP Ngunjiri Wambugu’s statement.
Sudi a close ally to the Dp has accused Wambugu of engaging in a retrogressive style of politics driven by cash handouts, adding that unlike his colleague, his political stand is known by everyone including the president and his deputy.
He further hit out at Wambugu, noting that he should instead join him in liberating Kenyans from poverty rather than taking part in politics that divide the nation.
“Instead of joining us in this journey of liberating Kenyans from poverty, you are here busy parroting with politics of division,” he added
