Only one person can have the balls to tear into someone like Sonko did to Maina Kamanda and Peter Kenneth on Sunday and that person is Sonko himself.
We have heard several politicians, especially from the Kieleweke team call for an end to church politics, unfortunately they are doing the same thing in church.
On Sunday, a battalion of politicians led by Francis Atwoli was at the St Stephen’s Church, Jogoo Road, for a workers day prayer day. But instead of praying for workers, they decided to turn the event into a political rally to bash DP William Ruto.
Maina Kamanda, one of the most veteran politicians and Nairobi’s chief cartel said that even a class two pupil knows the most corrupt person in Kenya. Peter Kenneth was also present and said a lot of unverified facts.
But these pretenders did not know that Sonko was going to speak after them and he would roast them. K24 described it as ‘Kuwararua kama simba marara’
The Nairobi governor blasted Maina Kamanda for grabbing road reserves to construct houses. He said Peter Kenneth stole from Kenya Re.
Imagine being told all these, when you have just been on stage to speak tough against corruption.
And now Kenyans have taken to social media to praise Sonko for serving Kamanda and PK the bitter stew.
We just hope Maina Kamanda and PK will return all the money they stole. In fact we want to fuel Sany, so that Kamanda’s houses can be brought down.
