All hail King Eliud Kipchoge

Just who will stop this man Eliud Kipchoge, because it is certainly not going to be Mo Farah, who the British media had tried to exaggerate so much before the London Maratho.

Kipchoge cemented his name as the greatest Marathoner of all time (GOAT) after powering to his 4th London title (nobody has won more). Mo Farah came a distant 5th.

And Kipchoge did it with swagger, setting another course record of 2:02:37, making it the second fastest time in history. He also holds the fastest time record.

Kipchoge, who broke the world record in Berlin last year, triumphed in two hours two minutes 38 seconds.

The Sunday race, the 39th edition of the London Marathon, was Kipchoge first race since breaking the marathon world record seven months ago, at the Berlin Marathon where he clocked in 2hrs 1 minute and 39 seconds.

And the whole world has taken to social media to congratulate the greatest marathoner of all time.
