Tanzanian arrested for smuggling special needs children

DCI detectives have rescued special needs under age children from a suspected human trafficker.

The suspect behind the human business is a Tanzanian national who was arrested in Maua Town on suspicion of trafficking children with special needs and using them to beg at various strategic points.

Musa Mabula, 30, was using three children aged about 12 years.

Few days ago, immigration officers unearth cartel smuggling beggars from Tanzania into Kenya.

The beggars are exploited to collect money from the public.
