It Rains, It Pours! Funny ways Kenyans Reacted after Floods

The heavy downpour in Nairobi has reportedly caused traffic snarl-ups on several roads within the city as motorists and pedestrians struggled to wade through the murky waters.

Flash floods that hit Nairobi city Tuesday night left a trail of damage with most city roads remaining impassable. Motorists were forced to spend hours on the road as the County government workers tried to clear and unblock the city drainage system.

The county had recently undertaken numerous exercises to ensure the flooding witnessed during 2018 long rains did not occur again. Sonko in the last few days has had his troll by netizens for improper management.

Twenty minutes downpour ni kama Nairobi was situated inside a Lake. Our poor drainage system was poorly constructed, do you agree? Below are some hilarious photos taken during the downpour. I think the rains can now be used to unite Kenyans.

Some people were making their catch by ferrying people on their backs.
