It has been raining heavily across Kenya for the last two days, with the rains causing flooding, disruption of traffic and displacement of people.

In the capital Nairobi, the heavy rains have caused floods and disrupted traffic, with motorists and commuters taking up to three hours to arrive at their destinations, some merely 10 km from their homes.

City residents, who have been experiencing water shortage for many months, see the rains as a blessing, thinking the supply of water would increase or normalize. With this in mind, it is always good to look at the finer things of life.

One unique photo he captured our everyday struggle, a lady passing through flooded water as she held her umbrella.

Slum Photography was voted the most influential on Social Media in Africa. The photographer is on a journey to change people’s perspective about the slums around us. According to the photographers Bio, he says he is firt a christian before a photographer.

It now certain that we called out for rain, but this downpour was heavier than we expected, right?
