The ‘Bad boy’ hitmaker, Amani did well during her secular songs before she transformed to Gospel Industry. She was well known for releasing club bangers.
During an interview, she revealed how marriage has transformed her. The ‘old’ Amani was used to attending gigs without control. Any time friends called on her alerting her on an oncoming concert, she would attend no matter the location.
She revealed how she would even attend unplanned concerts in other countries; “There is a time a friend of mine from London called me for a concert. I left and had no hurry to coming back. I came back after receiving a call that I had been invited for a gig in two weeks time.”
Amani said that marriage transforms one for the best. While single, you only think about yourself but once you are married, you start thinking about two people.
“You no longer think about yourself but has to involve your partner in everything.”
