Exposed!How Nadia Mukami’s imposter is conning Artists

Kenyan Female artists Nadia Mukami has warned Kenyans against a con who has been using her name to fraud unsuspecting Kenyans.

The con has been having conversations with upcoming artists and promises them fame and an opportunity to be signed under her record label.

In a screenshot she shared on her social media page, Nadia Mukami has urged Kenyans to be alert to avoid being fooled.

From the screenshot that was shared, the con was striking a deal with one artist saying that he/she will allow the musician to record for free in 2 years and will be earning 75 percent of the income generated.

To clarify on this matter,Nadia Mukami rubbished the claims of signing artists and made it clear that she does not own a record label.

Scaaaaam!I do not own a record label! Not planning to own one anytime soon. Kindly do not be conned! I am not signing artists! ” she said in her post

With the state of economy in Kenya,cons are getting so creative and it is indeed very important to be on the look out to avoid being fooled.

Knowing very well that some upcoming artists get desperate to get popular and famous for their talent, some might blindly say yes to these deals without confirming its authenticity.
