SEE What Uhuru Used after His Twitter Got Hacked

President Uhuru Kenyatta Sunday used a little-known Twitter handle to express his condolences to Sri Lankan President hours after a string of deadly terrorist attack that rocked the Asian country.

Taking to the State House Kenya Twitter Handle, President Kenyatta said they have been at the receiving end of extremists before, and that Kenya stands with Sri Lanka during this difficult time.

President Kenyatta got his Twitter account suspended after the President’s social media handles were reportedly hacked.

“On account of unauthorized access to the official social media handles of H.E the President of the Republic of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta. All official social media handles for the President have been temporarily suspended to allow for the necessary remedial measures to be undertaken,” Nzioka Waita (Chief of Staff in the Office of the President) said on March 22, 2019.

This came immediately after President Uhuru Kenyatta Tweeted a strong warning that seemingly “generated all manner of reactions” according to Nzioka Waita.

SRI LANKA ATTACK

Wanting to join the world leaders in condemning thhe Sri Lanka attack, President Kenyatta lacked an avenue.

Instead, he settled on a handle with less than a million followers to convey his concerns.

Other Presidents who have expressed their dissatisfaction with the terro attack that left about 200 dead and hundreds more nursing injuries are America’s Donald Trump, India’s PM Narendra Modi, Australia Prime Minister and many more.
