How Zari-Diamond Relationship barred her from attaining Potential

Zari Hassan and Diamond were East Africa’s Couple goals for the longest. They called it quits in their relationship early last year following infidelity allegations from Diamond. By then, the couple had two kids together, and their break up sparked a lot of mixed reactions from their fans.

Controversial socialite Zari Hassan is among the most influential women in East Africa alongside Vera Sidika and Akothee. In a recent expose, it has been revealed that her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, Diamond Platnumz, was one of the reasons why she had to delay her success as a businesswoman.

One of the main things that stuck after the nasty breakup was that Diamond Platnumz was up for fame he saw Zari Hassan as a business opportunity to use her influence to grow her music career.

This became particularly clear after Diamond blew up across major borders after their break up and his journey to success set course.

While it is true that Diamond is a talented artist, many agree that his success was greatly influenced by his relationship to Zari. This, obviously, came at a cost for Zari since she had to delay her business endeavors to nurture Diamond’s career and build him into the celebrity he is today.

Nonetheless, the two have since moved on and seem to be co-parenting just fine. Diamond is currently dating NRG Radio presenter, Tanasha Donna, while Zari has settled for a wealthy model.
