Diamond ataonea Zari kwa ‘Viusasa’…

Zari Hassan, the ex-lover of superstar musician Diamond Platnumz, has moved on, exactly one year and two months since she announced her break up from the award-winning Tanzanian artiste.

A new man, whom she only referred to as Mr M on Instagram, takes over from where Diamond Platnumz left.

Announcing her new relationship status on the social networking site on Friday night, Zari Hassan, 38, said her new lover has taken her in with all her five children.

“With you [new boyfriend], I have learnt so much; I appreciate life itself because of your humbleness. I always imagined my forever but didn’t have an idea what my forever looked like. Five kids, other guys etc, but you still found me the sexiest woman alive,” said Zari Hassan in her post, which attracted over 100, 000 reactions and thousands of comments.

The Ugandan businesswoman lamented having played an important role in building the lives of her previous partners, who, she suggests, did not reciprocate by loving her unconditionally.

“I give my all. I build my men, I’m not the type that takes, I’m the type that looks at what we have and consider how we can double or triple the blessings,” she said.

Her announcement effectively crushes the hopes Zari Hassan and Diamond’s fans had – that one day, just maybe, the former couple, who were dubbed East Africa’s Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, would reunite.

It was on the 2018 Valentine’s Day that Zari Hassan took to Instagram — a platform she is so popular on with 5.4 million followers — to announce she was ending her 3-year relationship with the “Tetema” star.

Zari Hassan cited infidelity and disrespect as the key reasons for her split from Diamond.

Diamond Platnumz has since moved on with Kenyan radio presenter Tanasha Oketch.

Zari Hassan shares two children [a son and daughter] with Diamond and three teenage sons with her late former husband Ivan Ssemwanga.
