Angry Mourners Heckle Nyeri Women at Ivy Wangeci’s Burial

Nyeri Women Rep Rahab Mukami was heckled by Moi University Students during at the funeral of slain 6th year medical student Ivy Wangeci.

Ivy, was laid to rest at her parents’ home in Othaya in an emotional sent-off on Thursday.

It was surprising that Mukami would decide to explain how William Ruto is launching development projects across the country under the Tanga Tanga tag.

The students could have non of this because they wanted Ivy to be given the dignity she deserves in her burial.

INTERESTING, just before the Nyeri Women rep had been heckled over the Tanga Tanga credence, her Muranga Counterpart Wanjiru Chege had jazzed the mourners when she told Ivy to tell Mzee Jomo Kenyatta in heaven that his son Uhuru is busy working and building the nation.

Ivy Wangeci’s life was ended untimely last week when her boyfriend Naftali Kinuthia hacked her with an axe.

Kinuthia, an employee of a local betting firm, drove from Nairobi to Eldoret, bought an axe and a knife and went looking for his girlfriend at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Investigations into the macabre murder are still ongoing but preliminary investigations indicate that it has everything to do with love.

Ruto was in Nyeri on Thursday and was not received by any of the county leadership.
