Cherang’any MP Joshua Kutuny’s attempt to explain his move to support the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga did not find fertile ground.
In a Facebook post, Mr. Kutuny criticized Deputy President William Ruto for not embracing the handshake.
“The sole purpose of reunion between Raila and Uhuru through handshake was to bring stability in the nation but Ruto deliberately refused to approach Raila,” Kutuny said. But most of the comments, which were more than 550 by this morning, were not supportive of him.
