‘There is no country called Mount Kenya’ Miguna hits out at Moses Kuria

Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria on Sunday stated that he intends to form another party for the people of Mount Kenya to replace the TNA Party.

Something that former gubernatorial aspirant Miguna Miguna has dismissed for being unconstitutional.

Moses Kuria stated that it was “grave mistake dissolving TNA (The National Alliance) during the formation of Jubilee.”

However, Miguna Miguna has hit out on the remarks, saying that the constitution does not provide for tribal parties.

“There is no country in the world called ‘Mount Kenya.’ The Constitution of Kenya, 2010 does not allow tribal, ethnic, jingoistic or regional political outfits. Let’s crash the tribalists!” Miguna said on his Twitter account.
