In Kenya when authorities touch a politician, the fellows affected form a team and declare it is political as has been the dams projects embezzlement saga.
Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika has now claimed her bodyguards were taken away to intimidate her.
She has further declared she can actually be the Deputy president’s bodyguard stating that nothing is as powerful as an idea whose time has come.
Leaders closely associated with Deputy President William Ruto are up in arms following the alleged withdrawal of their security.
Those affected include Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu, Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika, MP Kimani Ichungwah of Kikuyu among others.
The leaders and those close to them see the move as linked to their close association with the DP and perceived wrangles in the ruling party.
“It is clear they are being targeted because of associating with Ruto but I don’t the approach is good for the country,” one MP said.
Well KOT have reminded them that they celebrated when the NASA bodyguards were withdrawn.
Wanjiku, on the other hand, has claimed life is the most important deal and that its protected by God seeing as the common mwanachi don’t have bodyguards but are alive.
