Kenyans have expressed their disappointment on the Judiciary which is one of the three State organs established under the Kenyan Constitution and has the power to hear and determine disputes, primarily of criminal and civil nature.
Kenyans feels the Judiciary under Chief Justice David Maraga is a big let down since the courts are now protecting the criminals and not the victims.
Adding that the Judicial Service Commission has placed itself as an independent institution that cannot be investigated by any other body except itself.
It has emerged as a stumbling block in the fight against corruption.
