Opposition Leader Raila Odinga has taken a break from local politics, setting out on his African Union duty.
The AU High Representative for Infrastructure Development on Thursday held a convention for the Africa Integrated High Speed Railway Project.
In a first of its kind workshop, Raila posed that ” We should invest in infrastructure but do so diligently and ensure there is value for money in every infrastructure investment we undertake.”
